Maintenance Director – Beltway Pools (Lorton, VA)
Join a fast-growing pool company serving the DMV area. The Maintenance Director oversees all pool maintenance operations, manages technicians, and ensures excellent service for 500+ clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train maintenance techs
- Manage weekly routes and scheduling
- Maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee openings, closings, and chemical standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years in pool maintenance or service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of pool systems and chemistry
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000/year + benefits (PTO, health, dental, vision).
